How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.
BOXING DAY SALE ITEMS: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.

The fabric is beautifully soft, the fit is perfect and the colour is gorgeous. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the pilling of this fabric which happened so quickly. I own four Anne Mulaire pieces and love them all. This is the only disappointing item I’ve purchased, so it won’t stop me from coming back.

soft, warm/not hot, fit is relaxed but no too large. a perfect sweater for a generously sized woman like me to wear with my almond Chaplin slims.

It's very soft and warm, and the colour (teal) is beautiful. The cons are that it sheds lint, especially before the first washing, and that the colour bleeds when washed. Both of these will lessen over time.
I had to exchange it for a smaller size.

Intention to wear for layering, the Florence top is ideal. It is very thin for those who appreciate the ability to layer clothing. The Florence top is practical versatile. To determine my size I looked at the models online. I ordered a size small Florence top and it’s a nice fit. Whereas alternative tops from big box stores I’m a fluctuating medium to large.
