How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.
BOXING DAY SALE ITEMS: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.
GREEN SALE: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit only, unworn and with original tags attached, along with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order
RESALE items: These items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Lovely feel around my neck, not too tight or too hot. Fits nicely. Colours go with many other tops so it's versatile. I don't usually wear neck warmers but this has become a staple during these long cold days. I'm glad I ordered it!

This neck warmer is a gorgeous patchwork of remnant Anne Mulaire fabric, with a soft and cozy layer of fleece lining. It fits closely but not tightly, ‘standing up’ and giving great protection to throat and chin. And, kind to the environment! Love it!

I ordered a neckwarmer for myself last year, and have now ordered for my husband. The neckwarmer is perfect when taking a walk on cold, windy winter days. It gives a close fit (better than a scarf), and truly does keep the neck warm.
