DESIGNER'S NOTES
A premium bamboo/cotton mask intended to be both protective and comfortable. The soft satin-like woven cotton and soft as silk bamboo lining makes it comfortable to for extended periods.
*MASKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE DUE TO SANITARY REASONS
Part of the proceeds of all masks sold will go towards donating masks for community organizations and health care facilities who are in need.

• Our Bamboo fabric is knit and dyed in Ontario using fair trade yarn and low-impact, Azo-free dyes.
Please note that our sizing is only an approximation as face lengths and the size of facial features (like your nose) alter greatly from person to person.
Measure from one ear lobe to the other (keep the measure on the top of the mouth and not the nose)

• Medium - approx 12-13" (a more average face size or larger facial features)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.
BOXING DAY SALE ITEMS: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.
GREEN SALE: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit only, unworn and with original tags attached, along with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order

I exclusively wear these masks. I get compliments all the time on how cute they are. The fabric is so soft but breathable (I literally gave birth wearing one). It doesn’t cause my face to breakout and I love the adjustable ear pieces.

I had read that to test your mask put it on and try to blow out a candle. I put on my Anne Mulaire mask and had my face 6 inches from the candle and blew as hard as I could. The candle didn't even flicker! Even without a filter. And it's so comfortable. Love the patterns. I just ordered more for myself and as gifts.
