How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.
BOXING DAY SALE ITEMS: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.

I love the Maison jacket. I purchased the black last summer and have worn it nearly every single day in the fall/winter. I love that it is not too heavy and there is lots of room in the arms so that it can be layered on colder days (I am in Vancouver).
I am saving for the Almond and Indigo colour for spring, given the recent price hike on this coat. That said, the cost-per-wear still makes this an affordable option for me. I can easily justify purchasing another colour way because I know I will get so much wear out of it.
I would ***LOVE*** to see this jacket in Burgundy and/or Pine...hint, hint!

Received this beautiful coat (in black) today and I'm so pleased. The length is perfect to wear over my favorite dresses, most of which just brush my mid calf. I'm 5' 8" tall.
The cut is so slimming.
