How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Congratulations! By purchasing from Anne Mulaire, you are purchasing a “made-to-order” piece. You are on your way to creating a more sustainable planet! Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your order.

Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces..

Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative.

How do I know what’s happening with my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order with us. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a second email with your tracking number. If you for some reason do not receive this email, kindly email us at  customerservice@annemulaire.ca  and we will be happy to send you the information!

Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Anne Mulaire cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

Shipping is not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the store for all exchanges or refunds.

Custom orders are not refundable.

Free Shipping in Canada for orders over $300.

Standard Delivery: $15 (anywhere in Canada)

INTERNATIONAL

Anne Mulaire ships worldwide. We charge a flat rate per order for Standard Delivery including the tracking number.

Free Shipping to the US for orders over USD $300.

US: USD $15

Rest of the world: $85.00* 

*additional International shipping charges may be applicable depending on the shipping location and rates. Anne Mulaire reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges if the actual shipping costs are more than the stated rate at checkout.
