Please note, our turnaround time for processing all returns, exchanges and repairs is 2-3 weeks from the date the item is received to our Winnipeg boutique/manufacturer.

Any refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. Please note, processing of online returns may take up to 5 business days. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.

PROMOTION CONDITIONS

Items purchased under a promotion or bundle are returnable for exchange or store credit. No refunds. Terms may change if specified, please see promotion specific terms below. Store credit is given out in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email inbox. Promotions. Cannot be stacked with other offers. We do not offer price adjustments on past orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Regular priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.

Capsules: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.

Green Sale/ Past Season Sale: May only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, along with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order.

Custom orders or altered items: Custom orders, re-cuts and any altered items (including hemming) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Non Medical Masks: Masks are FINAL SALE and are non returnable, refundable or exchangeable due to sanitary reasons.

Artisan Jewelry Items: All jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Christmas Gifts: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.

Boxing Day Sale: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.

RESALE

All RESALE items are  FINAL SALE unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute process; if we confirm the dispute, we will offer a refund and ask you to return the item.

All RESALE items purchase in-store are FINAL SALE.

REPAIR SERVICES

We create purposeful goods that are made to last. Occasionally things happen – hem come undone, seams gets a small rip, things need fixing – and that’s okay. We’ve got you covered if construction repairs are needed.

Repair services apply to our apparel that breaks down through standard use. These services apply to clothing purchased in-store or online with a verifiable record of purchase (ie. order number) and attached Anne Mulaire labels. Make sure you receive a receipt at the time of purchase to make sure you can take advantage of the repair program.

OUR 90 DAYS GUARANTEED

We offer FREE REPAIR on any garments within 90 days of purchase. After that cost will apply.

Damage Exclusions: moth damage, stains, extreme use, misuse cases, and incorrect care/washing are excluded from our FREE REPAIR 90 Days program.

AFTER 90 DAYS

How it works:

  • To submit an item for repair send us an email at customerservice@annemulaire.ca with photos and detailed description of what you’re hoping to have repaired. If the area in need of a repair is hard to spot please tag the blemish with a piece of tape so we don’t miss anything.
  • Our team works directly with your clothing, for health and safety reasons we only accept laundered and clean clothing for repairs. If a garment arrives dirty or unwashed, you will be charged a cleaning fee. 
  • The garment must be sent with a note attached of the desired repair along with your contract information.
  • Our team works hard to make sure you can get your garment back as soon as possible. We will have them send back to you within 4-6 weeks of the date we receive your item.
  • Once repaired, we will ship your item back so it can continue to be loved in your wardrobe.

Shipping is paid by the customers for all repairs.

REPAIR FOR LIFE

Repairs for Life Redemption & Return Policy with "Repair for Life" promotion:

     Repairs for Life includes unlimited small repairs (Refresh Level 1):

  • Mend holes
  • Repair seams 
  • Repair hem (shorten, stitching coming undone)

     How to redeem your Repairs for Life:

  • STEP 1: Drop off or mail in the clothing items you wish to Refresh (Don’t forget to include our Refresh form). Contact us to let us know your item(s) need a refresh!
  • STEP 2: Our team will assess your garments and contact you if there are any discrepancies or questions. (Please note: If the work required is beyond the scope of the service, additional costs may be required)
  • STEP 3: We’ll notify you once your garments are all ready! Please allow 3-4 weeks for the repairs once your items are received at our manufacturer.

     A Few Things to Note:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways to send items to Anne Mulaire for all repairs.
  • We ask that all garments are freshly washed and free of pet hair. Please be advised that due to health & safety concerns our team reserves the right to decline alterations & repairs items that are unclean. We appreciate your cooperation.
