Natural fabrics like brushed Tencel, particularly the "brushed" type, tend to develop pills naturally. Moreover, during the washing process, some initial fluff may come off due to the brushing treatment applied to the fabric. If you see fluff on your hand after washing it by hand, don't be alarmed. This phenomenon usually stops after a couple of washes.
• Relax Fit: To help you find the perfect size, here are some examples: If you typically wear a small, we recommend selecting the XS/S size. For those who wear a medium, we suggest sizing up to S/M. Opting for a larger fit? Choose the M/L size for a more comfortable feel. If you prefer an even more oversized look and usually wear a small, consider selecting the S/M size for the ideal fit. If you are a size 3X we recommend selecting size 2X/3X.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.
BOXING DAY SALE ITEMS: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.

The sweater’s fit is biggish so it’s more of an oversized sweater. Fabric feels amazing. Very toasty and super soft. Needs a defuzzer after wash. If that’s not what you want to commit to, this is not for you.

This is a nice sweater - beautiful colour, I like the style, feels soft on. I got a small, but given the style I could've gotten away with an XS for a less oversized feel. It is quite thin (even a bit see through) and I am not sure how it is going to hold up to washing if you aren't super careful with it.

I was unfortunately disappointed with this sweater. I am not a very short person - (5'8" or 172cm) and this sweater is like a tunic on me. It literally comes down to almost my knees. It fits great, other than that. I'm torn between trying to hem it, and returning it. I'm not the best sewist and it's quite a stretchy knit and I really don't want to ruin it. May just have to return it, alas. Honestly, I have no idea how tall the model in the photos is, but she must be reeeeally tall for this to be hip length on her.
