Natural fabrics like brushed Tencel, particularly the "brushed" type, tend to develop pills naturally. Moreover, during the washing process, some initial fluff may come off due to the brushing treatment applied to the fabric. If you see fluff on your hand after washing it by hand, don't be alarmed. This phenomenon usually stops after a couple of washes.
• Fit: Relaxed (similar fit to our Charlotte Tunic)
• If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing down. Ex. if your usual size is M, we recommend a size S/M in this style.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.
BOXING DAY SALE ITEMS: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.

I love this sweater. It’s soft and cozy without being hot, and it drapes beautifully. I feel elegant and comfortable all at once. My only warning would be to be very careful with the fabric - it is delicate and I snagged mine on something the first time I wore it, which made me sad!
