How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.
BOXING DAY SALE ITEMS: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.
GREEN SALE: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit only, unworn and with original tags attached, along with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order

These pants are extremely flattering and very comfortable. You can wear them for 10 hours straight, like for long car and plane rides and they look as good at the end as at the beginning of your day.

I love these. After 2 years of working from home I was dreading the “hard pants” for returning to office life and these pants solve that problem. Dressy enough for the office but still super comfortable! I ordered the regular length as this was my first time purchasing so they’re a little long on me but a little hemming and they’ll be perfect. When I order another pair (because I’m sure I will) I’ll know my size in order to use the custom inseam feature when ordering.
